In order to provide individualized patient centered services across the nation we are unable to accept insurance of any kind.

THE UNIVERSAL SERVICE (US):

The US provides a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan. Specialized care for your PD’s disease of which includes: an evaluation and recommendation of current medications, natural supplements, current research, counseling and education.

60 minutes $450

THE GLOBAL SERVICE (GS):

The GS provides 4 comprehensive one hour sessions. Each session will provide universal services in addition a review of your non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, referral for ancillary services such as physical, occupational and speech services, mental health services and nutritional consultation.

Four-60 minute sessions. $400 quarterly or $1600/year

30 minute: $200

#2. COACHING: Caregiver/loved one

60 minutes $200
